The best part of getting a break from the army is being around the people that you love and care about. You get to choose your people in society (i can totally bring up a couple of points to go against this statement but that will get in the way of writing this post).In the army you don't have a choice. Everything is decided for you. It doesn't matter whether you think person A is full of shit and person B is an ass. You live with person A, B, C, and so on for the remaining time that you have in the army.

Anyways, it's been great seeing my buddies. Last night, I had dinner with Minsoo, Jin, and Sung at this beautiful street with cafes and restaurants in Bundang(분당). The food was delicious, the wine was good, and most of all, the company was great. Being with them made me feel how thankful I am to have them as my best friends. These people are the reason I can wake up feeling that I am not alone in this world. That they will be there for me when I fall down and when I'm happy. I am proud to have such friends. There is nothing about them I want to change (well maybe just a tad haha jk). Knowing that these friends will still be there when I come back from the army gives me hope and the strength to fight. To keep charging forward.
