JUST write (or type)

it's always so hard for me to write something down. why is it so hard to just write. i'm even having trouble right now trying to think of the right words to convey my thoughts. I think a lot, probably too much. I'm not sure if those thoughts would interest people but those thoughts are endless and i want to have the set of skills to squeeze them out of my brain and onto this post. i need to just write. write without hesitation or any sort of self-consciousness. I just gotta free myself a bit, loosen up. However, it's easier said than done.
